Recruitment assistants

Recruitment assistants are the simplest of all our opportunities, and may be other people in the structure offering their services and creating an income in an additional way, or people taking on this role alone.

Brand coordinators will help out at events in their own area, but can also offer to do the same in other areas as a recruitment assistant, likewise recruitment coordinators may in addition to putting on their own events offer this service.

With a recruitment event, a presentation is put on and then people are encouraged to come up with their own projection of what they could earn, this is accomplished using a simple form or workbook approach and using a calculator or using a computer spreadsheet model. People are also encouraged to look at the best and worst case projections. This together with welcoming people when they arrive, registration and being generally available to help, are the functions that the recruitment assistant is involved in on the day.

No experience or skills other than an interest in helping and getting on with people is required. The calculations with a calculator involve just following instructions and no one will have problems with this after minimal practice. Most people attending will be able to do this themselves in any event.

They may be used by a recruitment coordinator or directly by H3 Search Ltd, and may be used for a single event or a whole series of events. There is no set fee for this, some will like to do it for a share of the profits of the event, others for a fee for the day. H3 Search Ltd do need some now, and are also building a list of suitable people that can be called upon wider.

Other possible opportunities for these assistants.

Although the recruitment generally in other countries is being handled by other companies, H3 Search Ltd has the role of managing the promotion  in British ex pat communities as well as all parts of England, Scotland, Wales and Ireland. In addition to this they will be working with Self Build LLC, a New York based company that is taking on the American and Canadian markets, and are likely to take some UK teams out to get things running in the USA. So there may be the possibility of some trips to other countries for some.

Many of the franchises will have exhibitions and similar events and will require additional assistants to assist with these.

One of the major brands Camera Images is going to be taking a number of special  elaborate photo series, involving photos that tell a story, producing both limited edition art and a small run super limited edition photo series produced as art quality images in special books. While we can't give you the whole explanation of this, we know they are going in some cases to need assistants, as some of these involve using actors or actresses in period costume, a lot like a film set. Some will have large casts others very small. Some UK country location some elaborate overseas ones. They have asked us while looking for recruitment assistants to also identify assistants who can assist on these photo shoots.
