| We bring with us display
equipment, all free standing, it does not lean on the building or have
anything fixed to it.
All art images with us are chipped, these electronic
chips identify the work and without the documentation to match these chips
the works are of little value to thieves, as they cannot sell them for a
good price.
We book the rooms from the time we expect to arrive to
set up, usually an hour before the first presentation and long enough after
to allow equipment to be put away. We try to be out of the rooms by the end
of the time it was booked for but if this is critical to you please tell us,
and we will make sure we are clear.
We don't organise refreshments for those attending,
but most places they will make good use of bars or other facilities that you
offer. If you have a website, please let us know so we can put a link
to it, so that those attending can see what other facilities you have
available that they may be able to use.
We would like the room set out theatre style, allowing
enough room at the front for us to put a screen and some display equipment.
We use a computer driven video projector we bring with us, this is powerful
enough that the room does not need to be darkened. If for some reason we are
unable to use this on the day effectively we can manage without it. We have
our own small PA system. Where we use large rooms that have stages,
our presenters prefer to be in front of, rather than on the stage.
We assume the following, please let us know if there
is any problem with these
- The room is suitable for normal meetings, ie its
not been blacked out and have no lighting, or have floors that have holes
in, or other problems. In the winter it will have been heated when we
arrive to a comfortable level.
- There is sufficient headroom, at least 7ft. (84
inches, 2.13m)
- We have access to a power supply (we have extension
leads)
- There is enough chairs for the number that we have
been told the room will hold
- At least two tables are available
- Someone will be present when we arrive.
Art exhibitions
We are also interested in suitable places to put on
art exhibitions, these are usually not put on by us directly, but by local
art consultants. Where we put them on ourselves we have enough display
equipment to be able to display over 100 works of art on our own supports,
again nothing is fixed to or lent on the building structure. All works
displayed will be chipped so we don't have a large security problem. At
exhibitions works may be for sale immediately but more often they stay at
the exhibition for the time of the exhibition and are then delivered.
Hotels interested in quality art works for
your better rooms
Our art consultants are trained to hang art including
using several types of security fitting, so your residents can't wander off
easily with them. They are able to give you a special rate for quantity
orders.
Having works for sale at your hotel
Your local art consultant can talk to you about the
options available that varies from having art stock displayed at no cost to
you and producing you an income on sales to selling you works at trade
prices for you to market directly.
Quality Art works in your public areas that can be
changed from time to time.
One of our brands is a collection, and this allows art
to be either bought and then exchanged for other items in the collection or
for art to be rented, an attractive consideration for businesses that like
the effect of having quality art but without the capital outlay. |

Nothing rests on or is affixed to the
walls.
A display stand like this is very stable and
can hold 6 works of art, 3 on each side, often we use it to hold just 3 so
use it one sided. At seminar events we have usually 4 of these units, while
at art exhibitions we may have 15 or more. These units have wheels on and
are mobile, convenient with longer events, as they can be moved while
the room is cleaned.
We may also use some easels, small ones that
sit on a table or larger floor standing ones. |
