How to apply, and a description of the meeting you will be invited to.
| There are two routes to becoming
involved, you can visit us at our training centre in Cheltenham, where you
can find out all the facts, se examples of the editions and support
material; or you can contact us and ask one of our regional team embers or
someone from a franchise support group we work with to visit you and present
the facts to you. Of course you could wait to later, but then there is the risk is that we may have already allocated the roles in your chosen areas before you get to find out what you are missing out on. The fast track route is to complete a short application form, this perhaps is not the right title as neither you or we want you to commit to taking on any role until we have had a chance to meet up with you, explain everything, and give you all the facts. There is no cost to you at any point for anything, to attend meetings, training, portfolios or anything else. As there are no strings at all attached, as you would expect you will pay your own cost of transport to get to us and get home again. |

The meeting you will be asked to attend will be at the Camera Images training centre in Cheltenham, Gloucestershire, a lovely part of the country in the Cotswolds, but easy to find with good public transport, for those that like this type of torture. Parking outside the training centre is free and plentiful. The objective is for us to tell you more about our project, about the opportunities and how everyone gets rewarded. We won't tell you what you will earn, instead we will give you the facts and allow you to come up with your own idea of what you feel will happen in the area of your choice and to calculate out the result of your projections. You can do this with your guess of the worst and best case predictions, or any others you like. We have a lot of experience of helping businesses put together projections (best guesses) and will assist you if you want, but we wont put up our figures as any plan you have needs to be yours, owned by you. We will explain where the future might take you, but also take great interest in where you want your future to go.
You may then decide it is for you, or you may decide you want to go away and think about it first. Where there is a lot of interest, for example where we have just run an advertisement, we will try to see everyone who would like to see us, and out of this sort out who wants to proceed. Although ideally we would have a role for each person who wanted to participate, we may have to make a selection in some cases. In a few cases people may want to become involved but we may not feel it would be right for them or us and we reserve the right to not proceed with them at this point.
Where there is more interest than roles, there may also be other areas nearby that may interest you, or you may want to be added to the reserve list for when other brands are ready to appoint coordinators. In some cases we may spot an ability or spark that we feel would fit into another opportunity, that may be far more ideal. Even if you or we decide the opportunities on offer are not right for you, we are sure you will have enjoyed the visit and feel it was well worth while.

The information on this form is not used to select people in any way but helps us to decide how best to structure the meeting with you and which of the training centre tutors would be best suited to meeting you. We don’t mind what nationality, age, sex or have any other hang-ups. This does of course mean that you likewise must enjoy the opportunity to mix with a wide range of people. We do need however for people to be able to communicate well in English. This and the commitment to deal honestly and honourably with all our other team members are our only pre requirements. Of course experience that you have will be an advantage, as will many other talents and skills that you have, and we will encourage you to use all your skills to the full, however we believe that we can develop and empower others, and get all to help each other.
