Regional franchise and Brand coordinators regions
We have devised a regional split of the UK, and the list below shows the regions and counties within them. The regions need to be small enough that brand coordinators get to meet and help all local consultants, but large enough to provide brand coordinators with the opportunity to get experience based on what other consultants are doing and to allow them to produce for themselves a more than generous income.
Rather than just carve up the country we have as far as we have been able, tried to line it up with that of other organisations. This is most evident with the matching of regions to those used by the Arts Council. While initially we have not sought any funding from the Arts Council, we wanted to allow the scope in future for our brand coordinators and franchises to work with the Arts Council if they chose to.
